About Zenobia Neil

Zenobia Neil was born with a shock of red hair and named after a warrior queen who fought against the Romans. Zenobia’s love of Greek mythology started as a child when her mother told her myths at bedtime and continued as she read and traveled. 

Zenobia writes historical fantasy and Greek god romance books. Her novels and short stories feature strong female main characters who tell a different side of history; one that does not highlight the patriarchy but focuses on the power of women, magic, and love. Zenobia’s debut novel Psyche Unbound, a Greek god romance book, won a publishing contract. 

Zenobia portrays a diverse, sexually fluid ancient world where gods have too much fun, and mortals find ways to cheat fate. She lives with her librarian husband, kids, and dog in Los Angeles.
